Jeff was raised attending services and has actively been involved in choirs and ensembles at Northside.  He served as interim music director several times.  In 1998, the position became vacant and he felt the Lord’s leading to accept the position.  He is employed with Cooper Tools, Nicholson File Cullman Operation as the Safety/Environmental Coordinator.  Jeff also enjoys participating in car shows and "cruise-in" events where he compares how God can take someone's life, even if it is banged and bruised, clean, fine tune it and polish it into something of value.

Dusty Pinkard, Director of Students

Growing up in Cullman County since birth has been a normal life for Dusty.  His parents, Jim and Mary Pinkard, carried him to church first at the age of two weeks.  He has always attended faithfully, while involving himself in children and youth activities.  Dusty attended school at Fairview Elementary and later was home schooled from third grade through high school.  He is presently attending ITT Tech in Birmingham.  His hobbies include hunting, fishing, golfing, ballgames and restoring classic Ford Mustangs.

Dusty feels God has given him the compassion for youth and has called him to be a Minister of Youth. His desire is to bring youth to a closer walk with God.
